Baby Basics in Brockville

Have questions about some of the products on the Bums Away website? Interested in cloth diapers but not sure where to start? Bums Away hosts monthly Baby Basics 'classes' in Brockville, Ontario. These are informal gatherings where you find out about cloth diapers and babywearing. Babies and older children are welcome to attend.

Tips and tricks for using cloth diapers are discussed. We also review the four basic kinds of diaper systems (pre-folds, fitted, pocket, and all-in-one diapers) and the pros & cons of each. Cloth diaper users are welcome to join us to share their experiences and learn about new products.

Babywearing is a great way to keep baby where she or he wants to be (close to you) and have your hands free to accomplish some of the million things that you need to do in a day. At Baby Basics we will discuss the different styles of baby carriers and in what situations each carrier would be most useful. Baby carriers will be available for you to try.
