On-line Order Policy

• Prices shown do not include shipping and applicable taxes (5% GST for all Canadian orders, 8% PST within Ontario).
• After submitting your order, you will receive an autoresponse e-mail confirming your order. We will contact you if there are any problems or delays with your order. If all the items are in stock, your order is shipped within 3 business days.
• We reserve the right to substitute colors and/or prints if necessary, please indicate in the comments section if you wish to be notified of a substitution beforehand.
• A copy of your purchase invoice is included with your shipment, for your records. Please keep this invoice in case you need to return an item for exchange or refund.
• If a discrepancy exists between a product's advertised price and the cart price, the advertised price will be honored.
• On-line payments can be made with Visa and MasterCard only. If you wish to pay by cheque, please place your order over the phone (613-213-8685). Note that your order will not be processed until I receive your cheque.

Returns Policy

• Unopened/unused products may be returned within 30 days (90 days on defective items).
• A copy of your purchase invoice must be included when returning an item.
• You must contact us before returning any items, for any reason. Items sent back without authorization will be returned to sender.
• Please note that items must be in saleable condition. Items that have been used and/or washed can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect.
• Please return items in original manufacturer's packaging.
• We will not send out replacement products until we have received and inspected your returned items. If you wish to have replacement items sent out immediately, you will be billed for them and store credit will be applied to your account when the items arrive.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
