Bums Away was started after I had been using cloth diapers on my daughter for a year and a half. Using cloth diapers has saved us lots of money (at least $1,000 so far) and has been much less work than I had expected. The great diaper colours and prints available also make it fun to match diapers to different summer outfits.

After moving to Brockville in 2009, I soon tired of having to buy my diapering products out-of-town. So I thought, why not bring cloth diapers to Brockville?

Bums Away is a web-based store because I am a stay-at-home mom and work around my daughter’s schedule. Most of my work is done during her afternoon naps and in the evenings after she has gone to bed. However, I am always available to answer any questions you may have.

I know how confusing it can be when you’re trying to decide which type of cloth diapers to use. As well as my personal experience using cloth diapers, I have done extensive research on cloth diaper use and care to provide you with the information you need to select and care for your cloth diapers. I also host monthly cloth diapering evenings where you can come see the diapers, ask questions, learn about the different types of cloth diapers, and learn how to care for cloth diapers.
